Paolo Daghini, born on May 8th, 1991, is a Tuscan chef from at least five generations of culinary tradition. He has been working in the restaurant industry for over 15 years, closely collaborating with high-level chefs and regional consortia. A regular guest on cooking shows, he is well-versed in traditional Italian cuisine as well as international culinary innovations.

With the Cooking MasterClass, you can enjoy your own private cooking lesson, either alone or with friends, children, or family. You’ll have the opportunity to choose and prepare a menu to enjoy together, with the Chef guiding you through each technique step by step. The experience ends with everyone savoring the meal you’ve prepared — suitable for children as well.

Wine Tasting

With this option, in addition to the presence of the Chef, you’ll have the support of a Sommelier recognized by the Italian Federation, who will guide you in food and wine pairings for your dinner — or even for your private aperitif.
